JOB DESCRIPTION: Role out of IT infrastructure and applications in Europe to aggressive time-scales. Application development (including interfaces) is being undertaken by our client and a number of third parties, our client have the responsibility for the integrated system.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: The team requires an AS400 experienced person to support the system and to carry out the work that borders between AS400 and the application. This position would ideally suit and experienced system programmer, looking to develop analyst/programmer skills. This role requires someone who can prioritize their work, respond quickly to issues and adopt a flexible, proactive approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The role will be a focal point for all the AS400 issues and would be responsible for security, configuration control, housekeeping etc. There is an opportunity to develop programming and application skills and to be involved in maintaining the system.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Role out of IT infrastructure and applications in Europe to aggressive time-scales. Application development (including interfaces) is being undertaken by our client and a number of third parties, our client have the responsibility for the integrated system.

Rollout of Prism/Manugistics/Coda and GPS has been done for 3 countries,and there are a further 6 countries to be implemented over the next year. Upgrades to existing application, introduction of new applications and development of new interfaces are planned for 1999/2000. Two experienced RPG programmers with knowledge of PRISM are required to join the AD/M team.

A good understanding of the AS400 architecture is required and knowledge of UNIX or NT would be of benefit. The roles demand the ability to work under your own initiative, to agreed deadlines, and also to be a good team. You should be able to communicate well, both orally and written and be experienced in providing solutions using recognised development models.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The roles will provide the focal point for all the PRISM technical knowledge and the incumbents will be responsible for designing, specifying and delivering technical changes.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will be working in a busy environment supporting a variety of outsourced customers. A good knowledge of CICS is required, as are excellent customer facing skills. You must be prepared to work as part of a team and but self-motivated enough to work alone.

RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for the day to day support, maintenance and upgrade of a number of CICS systems. Additionally there is a requirement to provide day to day support of user queries and customer advice. A high standard of change and problem management is expected and some out of hours work will be required in order to support customer changes.
