require experienced e-business consultants to join a cutting edge department. Our client
supplies a range of professional services to support clients in the introduction of
revolutionary ways of operating their business based on internet, intranet & extranet
approaches. Services range across strategic planning consultancy, production of digital
marketing materials, web design & implementation, provision of secure systems for
commerce over the internet, integration of existing applications to enable new business
processes & support for business to business collaboration over the internet.
You will be responsible for providing advice & guidance to clients
on the introduction of e-business solutions as part of the clients business
strategy. You would also be required to build trusted client relationships in order to
increase services business. You must have the ability to communicate at executive level in
the early stages of strategy setting & have the ability to shape the clients business
needs into outline e-business solutions. Must be able to advise the client of the business
implications of e-business solutions in such areas as branding, marketing techniques,
business process transformation, organisational change, man-machine interface, internet
security and IT strategy. You must also have experience in assisting the clients with
developing the business case for e-business solutions & follow through on their
subsequent delivery.
SKILLS

JOB DESCRIPTION : E-Business Operations are responsible for monitoring a number
of strategic Internal & External Customer services. E-business operations are
currently looking to recruit well motivated team players into our expanding Infrastructure
and Messaging teams. The role of an e-business operator is to monitor the hardware, which
ranges from Intel based processors to RISC Servers, at both Internal and Customer
locations not only in the UK but pan European. In order to do this effectively e-business
Operations have employed the latest tools and technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES: When any out of line situations occur operators are responsible for;
 | Investigating the problem and following it through to resolution. |
 | Identifying and following the correct procedures, according to the customers Service
Level Agreement. |
 | Tracking the progress of the problem by providing good, accurate, written documentation
and verbal communication. |
